Please triple-check the recipient’s name and delivery address are correct to avoid disappointment.
If you select ‘Leave at front door’, you consent to Aroma Flowers 4U leaving your purchased item either at
the front door or a specified area.
A few limitations apply.
We cannot:
 deliver to post office boxes or locked bag addresses.
 leave deliveries containing alcohol unattended. A person over the age of 18 must receive the order.
 deliver to everywhere in Tasmania, yet we offer a comprehensive delivery area list (see below).

Knock knock…
Aroma Flowers 4U makes every effort to deliver your order on time followed by a delivery confirmation.
Re-delivery fees may apply for orders requiring more than one attempt to deliver. Again, please ensure
both sender and recipient details are correct.
Extending the life of your blooms…
We guarantee our arrangements. If cared for correctly, they should remain vibrant and beautiful for
approximately three to five days. Note: timing does vary and is dependent on flower type and following the
care instructions that accompany every arrangement.
Cut flowers are magnificent in their natural beauty and diversity, offering so much variation in shape, size
and spectacular colours. Sadly, their splendour is short-lived, perishing in time and typically due to their
newfound and often aggressive environment (air-conditioning, being cramped in a vase with stagnant
water).

Getting it right…

Seasonal variance and practical availability does sometimes affect our ability to replicate products exactly
as they are displayed on our website. In the event specific, requested flowers or gift wares are temporarily
unavailable, we substitute with the closest possible match to uphold our agreed delivery date and time. We
strive to exceed our customers’ needs and we are open to discussing your unique floral and/or gift ware
needs.
If, for any reason you take issue with the quality of our products, please contact us with as much
information (photos are helpful) within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery timing and Express or Special Order Deliveries

We deliver by 5pm to business addresses and by 7pm to residential addresses, as long as place your order
before cut-off times outlined here on our website.
‘Express delivery’ is the option of earlier delivery outside our standard delivery times. You can nominate a
specific hour for delivery; however, this service is only available in selected suburbs or areas, and must be
purchased via this website. We don’t offer or guarantee any other requests for preferred times of deliveries.
If your order is for a timed event such as a wedding or funeral, we recommend placing your order at least
24 hours beforehand.
Rural area that cannot meet ‘same day delivery’ will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges vary according to area and are based on a single floral or gift arrangement to one
address. Please connect with us if you’d like to place multiple orders for various addresses.

 Where a second attempt at delivery is required

Sundays and Public Holidays
Aroma Flowers 4U offers limited local deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays, provided 48-hours
advance notice is given. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm that we can meet your
request.
Note: busy floral events including but not limited to Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas typically
require extended lead time given their popularity. Please contact us for specific dates and times or check
back on our website closer to the special celebratory day.
Changes/Cancellations
Customers are reminded to ensure the recipient’s name and address are correct to avoid disappointment.
We’re unable to change/cancel orders within 48 hours of intended delivery.
Should you encounter any issues with placing an order or post-delivery, please contact us ASAP.
